Heich Es Heich’s 2016 Spring Summer collection is a playful tribute to the enduring pop sci-fi phenomenon Star Wars. Black and white forms conjure images of the Empire, tops emblazoned with classic Star Wars characters and paired with loosely fitted athletic wear, invoke the feeling of Jedi inspired daywear. The sudden appearance of the white Storm Trooper and Darth Vader on the runway assured us that the Force has indeed awakened in fashion, although we were not overjoyed by the overuse of bold prison stripes in this collection, we were happy to see the homage to Star Wars done so spectacularly well.
